About Me

I'm Jess, a Colorado native with two amazing and energetic teenagers, married to my high school sweetheart. Together we love the outdoors, exploring, camping, boating and jeeping, along with our Heeler pup Estes. We love hanging out with our extended families enjoying good company, good food and holiday traditions. Among those traditions is our holiday baking day. Ever since I can remember I was by my moms side in the kitchen along with my 3 younger siblings, baking and creating. At Christmas time we would bake hundreds of cookies and treats and deliver them to family, friends and neighbors. We all carried on this tradition with our own families. I discovered that I had a passion for baking, not only during the holidays, but year round. That's how Sweet Crumb Bakery was born.

As my bakery grew with loyal customers, cupcakes and cookies, so did my desire to perfect my craft. I graduated from Escoffier School of Culinary and Pastry Arts, with honors, in 2019 and had the privilege of apprenticing under an amazingly talented French Pastry Chef. 

My goal at SCB is to create beautiful, one of a kind cookies and delicious baked goods with the finest ingredients and lots of love. I work closely with my clients to bring their fun ideas to life. I have clients who have grown with me along the way and have allowed me to create memorable cookies for all of their special occasions.
